Nice shot! Iv been soo busy :-/ and only got back from work in time to catch the start. I knew my shots would be crap as camera isnt good for zooming in!

Great shots guys! I got a lovely view of the moon rising in eclipse from a vantage point about a mile away, though my camera is not good on the features. Once again, this eclipse seemed to be deeper than anticipated, which happened with the last one as well.

Thanks very much Paul, yes I sent it in to SW but I dont know if Tony will use it or not as his inbox must be overflowing with images already. :)

Paul your images are fantastic as always!! :)

Mark I really like the telegraph pole in your image...it is a real nice visual effect, moon is so crisp with a perfect exposure!

Looks like the eclipse was a complete success for the EAAS ;)

excellent images everyone! here's my image taken at 20.36. the moon was just clearing the ox mountains. lovely view in the eyepiece! the skies were picture perfect. couldn't ask for a better evening :)
