Dear Stevie, Thanks very much for your hospitality yesterday evening. I'm glad to say that my flight back to Liverpool this morning was much less eventful than yesterday's. If anybody missed getting a 'Warping Space and Time' handout then they can be downloaded here: www.liverpool.ac.uk/~sdb/Talks/Warping-Space-Time-NIAAS.pdfand a recording of the talk is here: stream.liv.ac.uk/s/6btj8pwpMaybe those who couldn't make it yesterday evening might want to give it a view. Please pass these links on to your members and let me know if there's any difficulty in accessing the material. The full set of talks that I can give is here: www.liverpool.ac.uk/~sdb/Talks/Outreach.htmlLet me know if another topic would be of interest to your members. Folks
As you can see above, Steve would be happy to return again next season or the one after, and I have already asked him to do so.
Have a look at the the third link and let me know, either on here or at the society, which talk you would like him to do.
A couple of people have already expressed interest in the "Weird world of the very very small" talk. ok, not astronomy but quantum
mechanics, something most of us have probably had a grapple with at some point.

I'd like to also thank Dr. Barrett for his excellent talk and links to the resources.
Weird world of the very very small sounds good. A ramble through the night sky also sounds like a good one for the lesser experienced of the group but maybe would not benefit the rest.
Look forward to it next time either way!
Thanks all, Vince
