;D hi all me and my daughter have just bought our first telescope a celestron AstroMaster 130 EQ we have it set up basically but would like some help to fine tune the set up and explain how the EQ mount works so if there is anybody out there who fancies the challenge of taking 2 newbies out on there first viewing and teaching us a little then please get in touch many thanks D ;Davy and Georgia

Hi Davy and Georgia, and welcome to the forum. That's a fine beginners scope.
I'm sure we would be able to set something up, I was hoping to get down your way soon to check out a possible new observing site.

Hi Davy
There are plenty of eyepieces for your money there, and loads of coloured filters. The problem is, the eyepieces are not of very good quality, and you will never need the filters.
I'll explain more when I see you.
