Caught this over the Antrim Mountains - I reckon there's at least 20 degrees of pillar there - great sunset too. Clear skies, Paul.

What a breathtaking shot, Paul. I was cycling home from Whiteabbey this afternoon and I can't believe I missed that, especially as Owen mentioned the fact that we were cycling into the sunset! I really like the ripple effect in the cirrus clouds.

Great pillar Paul and it sure looks tall. I seen the sunset sky from Ballymena this evening and it was a stunning pink colour - very impressive. Should be a good night for moon pillars and halos.

Lovely pillar Paul! I didn't get it from here but got this image of Martin's pink sunset, it was lovely. Here is the full untouched image. i12.tinypic.com/48q7vwk.jpg

Nice shot Martin! I got this one of the sky post sunset - very beautiful - it also shows that I have a couple of bits of contamination on my sensor - looks like cleaning time! Clear skies, Paul.
