Mmm..I can't get out until later on, so i hope that the weather holds.... Good news (again!) is that i got my shroud for the scope, and even better...my laser collimator! Those laser collimators are amazing!!! I did perfectly in less than two minutes what I'd spent over an hour doing badly last week.....they're a sweet gift for Newtonian users, and I can't recommend them enough.

2 new scopes explains the crap weather! If Paul & Eamon are having to wear glasses is it not just for near sightedness ie your eyes should be ok at infinity and thru a telescope. I got new glasses yesterday - the prescription gave my unaided vision as 6/120!

There will be so many using your scope Eamonn, to save you the bother, I could pick it up from your house and you could stay at home LOL No seriously though, can't wait to have a peek myself.

Dear Eamonn,
I love you. You are the bestest person in the whole wide world. And very good looking as well. Even with your visual aids.
Can I have a go too? I might make sandwiches for the next session...

By the sounds of it Eamonn you'll have to have an armed guard on that big fella. Neill those scopes are great, surely you dont need 2 of them!
