Yes...it's all completely Mark's fault! Blame him! I was only the pawn in his evil plan! Naww...it was me, honestly.....

Very enticing....I liked it and the email too. Obviously not as observant as Paul though as I missed the above error!

Talking of the next meeting....if we bring along Brendan's scope, would someone mind having a look at it to confirm: (a) we're getting in a tizz over nothing or (b) that's 2 scopes that have slipped through Meade's Quality Control. I can speak for Brendan in that he would be ever so grateful as it's really spoiling the excitement of buying his first scope. Just as well the weather's been a bit of a dud this last while....otherwise... Ta in advance!

It's perfectly possible that two scopes have slipped through Meade's QC - I got two duds when I bought mine and the problem was simply that they hadn't been setup at all at the factory. With a little help from a man at IFAS I was able to get mine set up properly and it has been fine ever since.
Very poor show though.

As usual Veronica's on the ball. Indeed I would be most gratefull if someone could sheed a bit more light on my predicament. I love the scope, but I just woud like to know one way or the other and put my mind at rest.
