Jimmy, you may remember my mate who wanted a 12" Revelation dob. Well, he eventually ordered one, and it is huge, considerably bigger than yours. Must be an updated design. He eventually returned it when he realised he couldn't get it into his car (or barely lift it!) and settled for a 10" Flextube instead.
So, if that the 12", imagine what the 16" will be like. I think you would need to be saving for a lorry as well mate.

That would be some toy to look through but the weight of it, even if it is a flextube, will be ridiculous. The other problem is the height of the eyepiece if you're going anyway near vertical. You'd need a step ladder as well with you to see through it! Me and Stevie nearly needed a ladder the night at bragan we were looking through Simon's 14" skywatcher.
What you need for that bad boy is a wee observatory out the back garden and stick it in there. Job done.

It would seem to have a focal length of nearly 5'10 and taking into account the box I would say you are going to have to be a good 6'2 at least to look through that vertical ... or possible platform shoes ....
I only want it if I can strap to my HEQ5 mount ...
