Thanks for the warm welcome the other night then I came down to pick it up, I had it out last night looking at the moon and the view is just stunning though it. I can't believe how much difference there is between it and my old 5" when looking at the moon. I am looking at some plans to build an adjustable stool to use with it now, I was looking at the moon on my knees last night :-)

Yes, the difference is amazing :-)
8" aperture is the gateway to good views. You now have twice the light gathering power and significantly more resolution. To get the same kind of jump in performance again you will be looking at a 12". But my advice for now would be to hone the observing skills as the 200p will show you an awful lot of detail once your eyes are trained to see it all. You could get years from an 8" under dark skies (I've used 6 to 10" scopes) for many years).
